If you are having difficulties finalizing your trip, It might be due to a lack of connection between your device and the scooter, a possible solution is to try this:
- Turn off your Bluetooth, Mobile data and GPS.
- Close your app from the application center.
- Access one more time to your app turn on GPS, Bluetooth and mobile data services.
- Select "finalize trip"
If you have followed the previous steps and you still can't finalize your trip, select the warning sign icon and follow the instructions showed.
