If you are having difficulties finalizing your trip, It might be due to a lack of connection between your device and the scooter, a possible solution is to try this:
- Turn off your Bluetooth, Mobile data and GPS.
- Close your app from the application center.
- Access one more time to your app turn on GPS, Bluetooth and mobile data services.
- Select "finalize trip"
If you have followed the previous steps and you still can't finalize your trip, select the warning sign icon and follow the instructions shown.
You have probably run out of credit during your ride and it is necessary that you finish the ride by manually blocking the lock. If this happens, you will show a negative balance on your digital wallet and it will be needed to add money to your digital wallet before starting a new ride.
If your do have a positive balance on your digital wallet and you have followed the corresponding steps to finish the trip but you are still unable to do so? Then, please follow the below steps:
- Click on the “?” option on the screen
- Select “Problems to finish ride”
- Select the option that best describes what happened
- Select the “Finish ride via app”
Done! Your ride will be finished through the app.
