Are you having problems using your Grin app as usual? Your account can have restricted or blocked features for two main reasons:
- We have detected unusual activity in your account and we have locked some features to prevent unauthorized use.
- You have a negative balance for a transaction that was made but could not be charged.
Don't worry! This can get fixed quickly. If your balance is below zero, simply top-up your Grin wallet to leave your balance at or above $0. If your account balance is above $0 and you're still blocked, or you couldn't top-up your wallet, please contact us and we'll help you out.
How to know if my account has some restriction?
You will recognize that your account has some restrictions or blocked features with a message at your wallet home screen that specifies the reason for the block. Some other elements in your wallet may be faded out, blurred, or disabled.
If you have already submitted a contact request, the answer will probably come within 24 - 48 hours to your email account. We are going over your particular case and will come back to you with a tailored solution 😉.
