Forgot to top up balance? Keep Calm! The renewal will be charged directly to the payment method you have registered.
The Grin Prime subscription is charged in three scenarios:
- On the first day of each month you will receive a charge for your monthly subscription, except when you are on your one-time first 30 day trial.
- After your 30-day trial ends you will be charged a proportion of the subscription price based on the day of the month and the total amount of days in it. For example, if your Grin Prime trial ends on November 15th, you will be charged only half of the cost.
- If your subscription fails to be charged on the previous scenarios, your subscription could be cancelled in the following days, you can visit the Grin Prime section of the app and retry your charge manually or wait for our system to try again in a few days (if this process fails again, your membership will be cancelled permanently).
It doesn't let me pay the subscription.
