Do you have an unrecognized charge? Couldn't you finish your trip on time? Did you just register a card?
We want to help you! In order to do so, we will need to review some things to give you an answer
If the charge is for a trip, go to the bottom right of the app and press, there, you will see the options menu. Select My Trips
Once there, choose the trip you need clarification
Verify that the charge for the trip matches the time and rate of your city. If you don't know her, you can look for her here.
If you just registered a card and you have a notification for a fee, it may be the pre-authorization charge. If so, the amount charged will be returned to your account automatically.
If the amount is for something you do not recognize (or it was a surcharge), please write to us at the following link and tell us what happened.
Please include the following on your request:
- Date of the ride or the charge
- Whether or not a coupon was used or should have been used
- Amount charged
- Email registered on your profile
